For unstaffed sim venues

Is every station ready to take money?

Golf sim studios, racing lounges, VR arcades — expensive machines running with nobody standing next to them. SimCenter watches every station's equipment, software and network from the inside, answers that one question continuously, and lets you power stations on and off from anywhere.

Early access · a station pairs in minutes · no inbound firewall holes, ever
Built from real bays, not a dashboard template
SimCenter's agent runs on each station PC and sees what no central scan ever could. Its trust rules exist because false alarms are how monitoring gets muted.
🕵️

It sees hidden equipment

Launch monitors often live on a private point-to-point link — invisible to Wi-Fi scans and network sweeps. Because SimCenter watches from inside the station, it finds them, learns them, and actively pings them before every check so an idle-but-healthy unit is never mistaken for a dead one.

🔕

It doesn't cry wolf

Nothing alerts until it's missing two scan cycles in a row, every alert has a cooldown, and a wireless mouse dongle can never be mistaken for equipment. Unknown devices are reported as inventory — never paged.

It's a command center

Power a station off with a graceful on-screen warning, or wake it back up through any online station on the venue's network — commands land in about 30 seconds, from your phone, wherever you are.

🧠

It learns your venue

No configuration files, no device lists to maintain. The first healthy scan becomes the baseline: which equipment belongs to each station, which devices live on the venue network, what normal looks like.

🏢

All your venues, one board

One account owns any number of venues. The portfolio view answers the question per location; one tap opens the full board for any of them.

🔒

Nothing for IT to open

The agent talks outbound only — no listening ports, no firewall rules, no VPN. Pairing is a one-time code like SC-7Q4M-K2XT; each station keeps its own credential afterwards.

Up and running in one visit to the venue
Three steps. The third one happens by itself.
1

Create your account

Sign up, name your venue, and you're looking at its (empty) board with a one-time claim code waiting.

SC-XXXX-XXXX
2

Pair each station

Run the SimCenter connector on each station PC and type the code once. The station claims itself and the code never needs to leave your venue page.

3

Watch the board light up

Within one scan the station appears with everything it found — equipment, software, displays, network, and the devices on your venue's wire. From then on: green means take money.
